Our whole yearling lambs are a seasonal offering, available only in late spring and late fall. Purchasing a whole lamb allows you to receive the entire animal, processed to your cutting preferences by our experienced butchers.

These lambs offer a mild, clean lamb flavor and are ideal for customers who value transparency, animal welfare, and whole-animal utilization. This is a $250 deposit to reserve your lamb. Total cost per lamb is $500. Balance is due upon pick up/delivery.

What to Expect

  • Estimated yield: approximately 20–30 lbs of take-home lamb, depending on cut selections 

  • Cuts may include: chops, leg roasts, shoulder roasts, ground lamb, stew meat, shanks, and optional organs

  • Cut style matters: choosing more bone-in roasts vs. ground or boneless cuts will affect final yield

Whole lambs are not available year-round.
We process lambs:

  • Late Spring

  • Late Fall

Availability is limited and tied directly to the grazing season. Once slots are full, no additional lambs can be added until the next season. Reserve yours today.
