Our Brisket is cut from locally raised, grain-finished beef and processed at Renick Valley Meats in Renick, WV. This classic cut from the chest of the beef is a well known staple of Texas Barbecue, prized for its deep beef flavor. This cut becomes tender when cooked low and slow.
